Tarah’s soundbath was incredible. I booked a private event as a Christmas gift for my friends and I cannot rave enough about how amazing this experience was. Tarah has a unique gift - the soundbath itself was both healing and relaxing. She ended with reiki and a reading for each of us that was spot on. Go see Tarah! I had several reiki/acupuncture sessions with Tarah while I was going through an extremely emotional and challenging pregnancy. At the time I was going to therapy, the chiropractor, and getting massages for self care. ALL of these things were wonderful but my sessions with Tarah were the most healing and spiritually powerful. I felt a huge breakthrough after our first session, which was pretty amazing considering I wasn’t really sure what to expect. Tarah has such a gift and I have never felt like a healthcare provider has been more present with me. I never felt rushed, only genuinely cared for. I have a prior shoulder injury that required a few surgeries. Over the years the only thing that's helped was cupping and massages. However the pain would only go away for a few days or a week.  The muscle in my shoulder was always tight, which made my neck hurt which caused headaches. I started seeing Brian, he knew I was super apprehensive and started the first session with teaching me some stretches and cupping. He asked if he could try only a few needles, at that point was willing to try anything. Some definitely made me see stars when they went in. But over the next few days the difference was remarkable. Tarah is a miracle worker! Seeing her has helped me recover from the stress of become a new parent and helped my body recover too. While seeing her me and my 10 month old were in a car accident. My 10 month old would scream every time I tried to put him in the car. I took him to see Tarah and it was like hitting the reset button for him. My work is rough on the body. Heavy lifting and repetitive motion are virtual guarantees that we will experience injury at some point.

A month ago, after daily ibuprofen for arm pain, I pathetically dragged myself to Tarah, convinced that nothing could be done. Normally, I don’t find acupuncture painful, but I squealed and carried on like the biggest baby while Tarah patted me and, I’m sure, secretly thought I was the biggest wimp.

Two visits later, and the pain has vanished.
